  Stylish Apartment but no air conditioning

  Liked: This stylish apartment is only a short walk from the lake and central city. Loved the apartment but surprised that it did not have air conditioning. I would stay here again but not in summer. Otherwise the apartment had everything that we needed, was clean and crisp, and a good location. The free parking was a plus.

  Disliked: No air conditioning. Hard to believe that an apartment like this did not have air conditioning. VERY difficult in hot weather to enjoy the apartment and sleep well. Open windows in the bedroom give you road noise.

  Disliked: Bath was fine but a hook to hang th shower would have made it better.

  Liked: location is very convenient

  Disliked: no AC in the unit, also the bedroom door was not working for the whole stay so we couldn't open any window or door in the bedroom, this was a bit annoying as the weather was a bit hot. we stayed 5 days, no cleaning at all for the unit bit weird, also one set of towels for the whole stay, they don't change the towels and bed sheets at all.

  Good alternative in Lugano with favorable location and good cost benefit ratio. Needs minor improvements to bring up to

  Liked: Great location, within steps of parco Ciani and lake. Great garage. Good size kitchen, functional and well stocked. Excellent WiFi and TV. Responsive staff with excellent communication.

  Disliked: On noisy street. Got fairly warm with no AC or fan. Even with windows open ventilation was limited. With open windows noise from street became very notorious. Apartments seems dated. Missing curtains in main bedroom. No hangers for towels. No washing machine in building.

  Perfectly located for conference centre

  Liked: Very close to convention centre. Bus stops. Cafe down stairs, bakery close, small supermarket and small organic shop close. Communicated via WhatsApp with local team very good.

  Disliked: No aircon, so hot at night middle of summer, consequently needed windows open and was a bit noisy.
