Spacious modern apartment perfect for families
Liked: The property is in a safe building with a locked gate and an elevator. Very easy check in process. It’s conveniently located right behind the Lugano train station, just a short walk away. The balcony views are beautiful, and since both rooms have their own small balcony, you can enjoy the view throughout the apartment. The space is very clean with a fully equipped kitchen — they even provide coffee, olive oil, and spices. They provided clean towels, and also a crib and high chair, which were a huge help with our 6-month-old. The bathrooms are modern and comfortable, and overall the apartment is spacious and perfect for families.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike!
Liked: The view was amazing, the apartment so convenient to the airport, and the our host so helpful. The layout of the apartment was perfect. My family of 6, including a toddler, fit right into the space and had everything we needed to feel at home and see the town. I would highly recommend!

Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like!
Liked: The apartment is very clean, neat and the view is amazing. Location is perfect in terms of catching the train on time. You can take the Fanicular to go to the downtown area, the station is inside the train station. Otherwise, you will take 500 stairs going down to the downtown.
Disliked: The only thing that there are too many stairs to reach the building. if you have 1 light luggage is fine, but if you have many luggage, it is challenging. If you leave Cups or dishes behind, you will be charged, which a little strange, as it should be part of the cleaning team job.
Great space with an amazing view
Liked: The apartment was centrally located, steps from the train station and some great restaurants. The space was amazing, really big and had so much outdoor space. Beds were really comfortable and the space was really clean. There were 5 of us so having the 2 bathrooms was great. The host was so lovely, really easy to communicate with when we had questions, overall a really great experience and we would all happily stay here again.
Disliked: Parking was free which was amazing -but the space is really tight, we had a big car so it was a tight spot but nothing unmanageable!
