Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Great location, 2 nice bedrooms
Disliked: A bit hot and difficult to open windows cause on ground floor
Serviceable, but disappointing
Liked: It was clean. The location was OK.
Disliked: It was bland to the point of being sterile. There was no coffee table or side tables, no artwork, no decor of any kind. It looked like an IKEA truck had pulled into the driveway and unloaded some cheap furniture the day before. No one answered the customer service number. The trash drop off wasn’t on the property and required a five minute walk each way. This was not indicated on the checkout instructions.
Very good
Disliked: No Air conditioning at all - considering we had 35 degrees..
Very good
Exceptional
Liked: This was a lovely apartment for our stay in Lugano. We walked everywhere the walkways along the river and the lakefront park and promanade were the icing on the cake of Lugano. This appartment was situated and appointed very well, I would recomend it to anyone visiting Lugano.

Liked: very close to conference venue
Disliked: no air conditioning, difficult on a hot day
