  Not easily accessible

  Liked: Beautiful views.

  Disliked: The apartment was small and up a huge hill. My car barely made it up as it was very steep. Lots of steps into the apartment and not very clean. They also have a sheet saying you have to pay £50 per dog even though on booking.com it says no extra charge.

  Great location and view, but the lack of cleanliness affected our comfort

  Liked: The location is great, with a beautiful view over Lugano city from above. It’s not far from the city center, and the apartment has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

  Disliked: The apartment floor was dusty — our socks quickly turned black. Even the bed and sofa were dusty, and my wife and daughter kept sneezing during our stay. We even had to clean the floor ourselves with a mop. We booked the apartment for 3 people (2 adults and 1 child), but there were not enough towels provided for my child.

  Perfect to relax after a long day of driving

  Everything good if only the owner could show us some respect

  Liked: Clean, great view but everything ruined by the host

  Disliked: Up a steep hill, a bit hard to park. The lock box was nearly broken so it took a while to open it. It takes a while to cool down the bedroom with the fan. Empty soap in the bathroom. But those were very minor problems — there was no hot water coming from the shower, but the host did not offer any help. He did not even reply until I texted him again the morning after. He said he will check after we leave at 10am, but again, no reply until I followed up at night. Then he claims that the cleaner, plumber, apartment, next guest all confirmed that there is hot water. NO WAY all of that can be done in a few hours on a Sunday, when the owner doesn’t even reply to texts. Now he has been ignoring me for days. If he at least apologized, I would not have been this disappointed or frustrated. Yes. HE NEVER APOLOGIZES

  Very cozy apt, beautifull view

  Liked: The view was fantastic and a cozy apartment. Bed comfortable

  Disliked: The bathtub drain was half blocked, the detergent compartment was very dirty and some of the kitchen drawers were dirty. Some of the kitchen equipment is missing, such as a good chopping board and bowls. I've passed on these issues to the airbnb administrator, I hope it improves as it's very worthwhile staying in this apartment.
