  nice value proposition

Liked: The location was excellent. The option to have parking at a reasonable price is appreciated, although if your car is big, space will be tight

Disliked: it was summer, so the property was a little hot at night. It has a small AC which is good for the lower floor; the upper floor does not cool enough
