The apartment and Lugano exceeded all expectations, marvellous place

Liked: The location once we found was amazing. Such a beautiful, clean and spacious apartment. The beds were very comfortable and I loved having an ensuite. The breakfast items were very welcomed. There was also a little supermarket shop directly across from the building. We were pleased to be within 10 minute walking distance down to the lake and amenities.

Disliked: We struggled to find the apartment from the railway station although on the same road. We were sent in various directions in the dark and eventually caught a taxi who showed us the door entrance, otherwise we would never have found it. I appreciate the topography layout of the land and once in daylight and bearings it was a straightforward route.

Liked: It's verry nice first I got a wrong box when I take the key and I call the owner and the owner is verry polite she help me to figure out how to take the key in the box because we don't have data that's why it's difficult for us to open again the vedio. The room is so big😍😍😍 I love it. Over all satisfaction😍😍😍

Disliked: No everything is ok😊😊😊 the market where you can buy food is in the front if I come again I will sure I will take this place.

  Good flat

Disliked: That we didn't see the hosts. I tried to call but nobody answered. The only way of communication was sending emails

Liked: The property was nicely decorated and kitted out. It also had an enclosed garden with astroturf that was safe for the dogs.

Disliked: It wasn't fully clear if we were in the 34 or the garden room.It waould have been nice to have Netflix or Amazon on the TV that we could have used our own login. It would be nice to have some hangers in the bathroom for the towels
