Pleasant stay in a lovely apartment

Liked: The apartment was very cute, well furnished, clean and a perfect size for one or two people. The check in and check out process was very easy and the hosts provided all details necessary. It also appears that they have addressed many of the negative feedbacks given previously, for instance there are now rails to hang towels, I found tea towels and cleaning materials in the kitchen and for me the bed was very comfortable!

Disliked: I did not have any issues during my stay

Quiet, comfy and perfect for daily swimming

Liked: Property is minimalistic, roomy, quiet and has all necessities. I slept very well. Has a nice view to the lake and its also very near to go there.

Disliked: The apartment is a bit worn out, and could use some painting here and there.

Very pleasant stay, but bed not comfortable

Liked: Nice view on the mountain and partly on the lake. Quiet neighborhood, elevator in the building, apartment well furnished.

Disliked: The bed mattress and the pillows were uncomfortable. The former too soft and the latter very small. The key of the apartment was left in a mailbox without lock/combination, in principle could have been taken by somebody before our arrival. The cupboard next to the kitchen smells a bit like mould.

  Exceptional

Liked: Best host ever. Every info or favour we asked, was responded immediately. The apartment is very spacious, bright, there is antre, living/sleeping area with view on the lake, spacious bathroom and separate kitchen with all that you need with dining table. Location is perfect, its quite area, about 10min walk from the centre of Lugano and less from the lake.
