  We loved Lugano, unfortunately we feel this apartment management had zero concern for our holiday experience

  Liked: It was clean and tidy

  Disliked: The entire lack of care for our holiday experience. The apartment had zero soul and devoid of any feeling. The agent provided the absolute bare minimum i.e for a four night stay for 2 people, 2 half toilet rolls, 2 dishwashing tablets, 4 coffee pods and an entire fridge completely empty, not even a water jug. Every single cupboard was empty apart from the bare, bare essentials in the kitchen. Every Migros was closed on Sunday which we had no for warning of therefore we were unable to buy basic supplies and we went one day out of 3 without hot water. Therefor we would not come back to an accommodation managed by this management.

  Great appartment overall

  Liked: Very clean and comfortable for 2 ppl. Everything looks modern and in great conditions. Very close to bus stops, supermarkets and the lake. Quiet area during our stay.

  Disliked: Apartment is very well equipped but few items were provided. We couldn’t use the washing machine since there was no laundry detergent available and for our short stay it wouldn’t make sense to buy one.

  Liked: Nice apartment a couple of streets from the lake, ideal for Migros for supplies around the corner & speedboat hire on the waterfront. The apartment had everything we needed. Nice to have a bath & shower. Good knives in the kitchen and all the pots & pans in good order. Underground car park & a balcony. Wonderful really, however there is currently a big problem... Very loud building work....

  Disliked: This is not the fault of the host or the apartment but there is massive building work going on in the apartment on the opposite side of the corridor. As a result there is deafening hammer drills week days starting from 08:00am until 16:30pm, its a nightmare. Its really loud, you cant hear each other speak so you have to get out of the apartment and not return until they are finished. Not what I wanted from a relaxing break by the water.
