Exceptional
Liked: The location exactly by the Lake side, We were booked the room with Lake views was incredibly clean, beautiful and amazing experience ever.
We had a great stay and would love to return to see more of Ticino as a week wasn’t long enough!
Liked: The apartment was lovely - clean, spacious and comfortable and located within easy reach of Lugano and also Paradiso Station. The Ticino Card was a nice bonus, giving free public transport throughout the region. We had a nice breakfast every day in the lakeside restaurant and there is a supermarket nearby.

Modern, Spotlessly Clean Stay with Excellent Climate Control
Liked: Breakfast was great and very nice location. Staff was very friendly. Very clean and modern premisses. Beds were comfortable and climate control inside the apartment was the best part, so we can have a good night's rest.
Disliked: The view was to the old building getting renovated, but I guess, that depends in which unit you are staying.
