  Do not go in summer no AC. Rest of the year I'd recommend

  Liked: Location close to a supermarket

  Disliked: No air conditining with 40 degrees in summer. Only 1 fan working and staff took 2 days to replace the one that was not working. I'd recommend for times of the year that is not summer.

  Not clean and needs work!

  Liked: The location was in walking distance to the centre of Lugano (20 mins) and the included parking space.

  Disliked: The place was not well maintained and not clean. There was still bushes of dog hair everywhere so our socks were full of dog hair! The shower had no water pressure and was half clogged and water went everywhere as there was no shower door just a showerglas which was too short. The beds were terrible and the mattress needs urgent replacing! Also bad was that we were not provided with Ticino Tickets which are usually included in a stay and were told they are not available with this property.

  Very nice apartments, clean and modern, next to a big supermarket and walking distance to the lake and Lugano Lido

  Disliked: Esperienza davvero deludente. Ho dovuto aspettare quasi 2 ore oltre l'orario previsto per il check-in, senza ricevere una gestione adeguata della situazione. La struttura è assolutamente sconsigliata durante l'estate: non è presente l'aria condizionata, ma soltanto un ventilatore, che era anche ricoperto di polvere. La pulizia è stata inaccettabile. Le posate erano sporche e ho dovuto lavarle personalmente prima di poterle usare. Anche il frigorifero era sporco, segno di una scarsa attenzione all'igiene. Per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo standard decisamente migliori. Tra il ritardo nel check-in, la mancanza di aria condizionata e le pessime condizioni di pulizia, questa è stata una delle peggiori esperienze che abbia avuto. Non tornerei e non mi sento di consigliare questa struttura.
