  Lovely accommodation

Liked: It was a lovely place and we only I had one minor problem and that was we needed two pillows each. The big problem was the Friday night revellers who seemed to be in the car park revving motorbikes or riding them in the car park. This could of course be a one off but it totally ruined our nights sleep.

  Disliked: See above

Liked: The apartment is super well located. Its very convenient to walk around to restaurants, shops, supermarkets... The terrace is very cute. The apartment is well set up. We were getting answers to our questions very fast with all information needed. The master bed is super comfortable. And it was very practical to be able to park our car in the building's parking.

Disliked: The sofa bed is good but not really adapted for older kids. It would fit very well for kids under 10 years old. We tried to buy coffee Capsules for the coffee machine but this type of Capsules can't be buy in supermarket.

Perfect location in the center of Lugano

Liked: The location is very convenient, close to the city center and the lake. We also enjoyed having a kitchen and a small garden.

Disliked: Some things in the apartment were broken, like the door of the fridge. In August the apartment can be very hot with only a ventilator. The mattress was not clean.
