  If you want to stay close to Lugano, not in it,this is a good option

  Liked: The room was beautiful with lakeside view, it was quite impressive, the breakfast was amazing, exquisite, lots of variations for every taste.

  Disliked: It was actually a bit far from Lugano, it’s in Paradiso and while booking, we didn’t realize Lugano consisted of different small municipalities. So Paradiso is one of them, the train station and bus station are pretty close to the hotel, so we were taking a bus on daily basis.

  Liked: Staff was lovely but they did not explain the easiet way to get to and from the city centre. They should explain about the TICINO pass. Breakfast was great.

  Disliked: The lovely lounge was for smokers. It is a cigar lounge which is not welcoming for everyone.
