  it was an enjoyable time

  Liked: location was very convenient to downtown and lakefront Lugano - arrival instructions were detailed and helpful

  Disliked: hall lights were not on when exiting elevators late at night to get to the apartment, took a while to locate the switches to turn on

  Overall we had a great time and always happy to go back to the apartment to enjoy the Amaxing view from the balcony

  Liked: Location was amazing close to everywhere we wanted to visit including town on foot and boat trip.

  Disliked: No instructions about the bins where and what do you do with left over. Mosquitoes if we open windows, Any facilities to wash clothes near by Shops near to the location would have been very helpful as we were visiting

  Easy to spend weeks here and you'll want to. Lugano and surrounding area are fabulous

  Liked: View and walking distance to ferry and Lugano proper.

  Disliked: Lack of washing machine and drying rack. Kitchen was not well appointed; 1 dull knife, coffee cups (not for expresso) which would fit Nespresso machine.

  Great Location in Lugano with terrible mattress for sleep

  Liked: The view is truly fabulous! The location for walking to numerous restaurants, entertainment and shopping is great! Very clean property.

  Disliked: Not a convenient check in policy! We had to drive to the office to pickup the key upon arriving in Lugano. After 10 plus travel hours, that is not ideal. Only ONE key…. Ugh! We called the office and requested a second key. They informed us we would have to come get it at their office again & they preferred not to as it was the only other key that they had. Of course, upon leaving the property at the end of our week, we had to drive downtown to their office and drop off the key prior to heading to the airport early in the morning. Affecting our sleep and this trip greatly was- The bed/mattress in the main bedroom is terrible! The frame/platform the mattress is on, sticks out at least 5 or 6 inches on both sides of the bed. Thus, if one is not careful getting in & out of bed, literally scrap knees & ankles on wood. *The mattress itself is thin and thus extremely hard. Not comfortable for people without excess fat on body frame to cushion for sleeping hours. We got terrible nights sleep due to the very uncomfortable mattress! On a less negative note, the beds in the secondary bedroom where just to short for our 6’2” son.
