  Great

  Liked: The room itself was great. Very spacious. So is the balcony. The room is also very well equipped. The location of this property is not central Lugano, but it is very well connected with the bus.

  Disliked: These facts didn't bother me but are worth noticing. Firstly, the check out time is quite strict and quite early, i.e. 10 am, and being a room without a reception means it is not possible to store the luggage somewhere. Secondly, it is mandatory to take out the waste by yourself. I don't know if it is common in Switzerland, but I've stayed in multiple properties in other parts of Europe where, despite not being a hotel, it is not required that the customer dispose the waste by themselves. Again, I'm not entirely speaking against this requirement, but only pointing it out. Thirdly, only one key is provided. Not optimal if the travellers plan to go around separately a lot. Notwithstanding the three places of potential improvement, the apartment has been great. It is good value for money.

  Great place to stay and visit Lugano

  Liked: We loved the studio. Great location, private parking and nice bed view on the mountain.

  Disliked: It cab get a bit loud with open windows becuase it is close to mian road and train station but we did bot bother too much.
