  Nice, comfy but little details that I’d not allow for the price

  Liked: The room was clean and modern it felt really comfortable.

  Disliked: The smell to Lavanda was really strong that in some point I had headache. And it was is really disgusting that the sink was clogged

  Liked: Although the check-in was at 3pm, we were able to get in the room earlier because we had a very early flight and my son was exhausted. The customer service team was very friendly and helpful. The room we initially had was not available yet so they gave us another room which had a beautiful view. Excellent location and very clean! We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening.

  Disliked: It would be great if they just could put one or two coffee pods for the guests. Unfortunately, you have to buy your coffee pods at the bistro. Also, just a tip: a list of things you can do during your stay in Lugano, information about the public transport etc would be very useful for the guests.

  Liked: Location close to the park. Tidy and clean.

  Disliked: The procedure for self check in was appalling! We could not load the page to do it. Link didn't work and we had to make three international phone calls to get the instructions and the code to enter the room! Meanwhile we were sitting on the curb outside the apartment waiting to be able to enter. And we were not the only ones to have the same problem. At least another two clients were outside doing the same! Then the room was small, the bathroom small with a tiny sink that you had to be careful not banging your head on the wall while brushing the teeth! And not even a complementary coffee capsule to welcome us! There was a sign telling us to go to buy them from the bar downstairs! Pity that was closed because it was Sunday afternoon!! So no coffee for that afternoon nor for breakfast! Appalling!!

  Liked: The location is very convenient, and the apartments are modern.

  Disliked: This is just my opinion. If it’s an apartment with a kitchenette, I believe there should at least be a couple of coffee capsules and some sugar, as well as a dishwasher tablet—these things don’t cost much, but they’re a nice touch, and it saves the guest from having to run out and buy them! Also, the faucet in the bathroom is a bit too long for the sink.

  No family friendly

  Liked: Location

  Disliked: Size. For a 2 adults and 1 kid is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep in the size of this bed. We requested a cot ahead for our baby and the response is we don’t have but it wouldn’t fit in the room. Why do you allow to book 2 adults and 1 child under 1 year?

Please note there is no reception in the VISIONAPARTMENTS building. Guests are required to upload a copy of their ID card or passport to our self-check-in platform, which will be accessible via a link sent after the reservation is made. The access code for the apartment will be provided on the day of arrival, once all required documentation has been submitted. Breakfast is served: Mon-Fri 07:00-11:00, Sat-Sun 08:00-12:00. Please note that the pictures are for illustrative purposes only and show examples of room categories. Additionally, there is no daily cleaning service at the property. Our signature items (e.g., toiletries) are provided as arrival amenities only and will not be replenished during the stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited, as is any use of the apartment for commercial or business-related purposes. In the event of a proven violation of rules, VISIONAPARTMENTS reserves the right to issue a penalty invoice or to cancel the booking with immediate effect and without a refund and to request the immediate departure of the guests.
