Liked: The food at breakfast was really generous, and our room was very spacious! Thanks to the very kind staff at the hotel, they greeted and received us on time and we're helpful with all our questions.

Liked: Everything was wonderful! Two ladies at the reception were very hospitable and nice. Loved the spa facilities. Lovely view of the Matterhorn mountain from our balcony.
Disliked: It would be great if the sauna room would be open from the morning too instead of 3 pm.

Disliked: It would have been appreciated if the spa and fitness would stay open a bit longer than 8 PM, especially the fitness room, which could easily stay open till 10 PM

Zermatt is a car-free resort. You have to park your car in Täsch and proceed by train or taxi. During winter it is recommended to reserve a parking space in Täsch well in advance.
