It was a good experience overall and highly recommended
Liked: The facility is close to the station just 3-4 mins walk. The staff are very helpful. The room is clean, spacious and they have bath tub.
Disliked: The bed & pillow are too soft for me but this is more on preference.
Great hotel and perfect location!
Liked: Amazing accomodation and breakfast was good. The bathroom was impressive. We had a wonderful stay and staff were very warm and welcoming. The location is great and close to everything. Amazing views of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Loved it!

Nice hotel in a good location but noisier than expected
Liked: The room was fine, comfortable beds but a little small. The bathroom was very nice. There was a LOT of noise both outside on the street and from inside the hotel you could hear in the hallway and downstairs.
Disliked: The noise was a lot more than expected when you stay in a little town like Zermatt. There was a lot of construction nearby and the sound of small trucks and conversations in the street and inside the hotel. The bathroom was very nice and we did have a balcony. The room was nothing to write home about. The breakfast was fine but no scrambled eggs just hard boiled. The hot chocolate was delicious.
