Exceptional
Liked: Breakfast was superb, great selection and options. The location was also very convenient, easy walking from the train station, also plenty of restaurants, shops and all of Zermatt’s main attractions easily reachable by foot

Liked: The breakfast was good and beds were comfy.
Disliked: The lady behind the desk was very rude to the people checking in whilst we were waiting to check out. There was an obvious language barrier and she wasn’t being very patient, especially as they were about to pay over 600CHF for two nights. I would not accepted being spoken to like she was to them. The hotel is VERY expensive but everything in Zermatt is.
The perfect place to stay
Liked: It was in the perfect spot, not realizing it, but it was. It was right next to where you could take the picture of the Matterhorn when the sun rises. It was right by the bus stop. You just take the public elevator down, which is just across the street. Their breakfast is amazing. The people working there are amazing. If I come back, I would stay there again. And I love the red slippers.

Liked: Location was good, and I was given a room facing the mountain. Amenities and fixtures in the room was great. Clever design with USB port to easy travellers like me. Breakfast was amazing with so many options. Friendly and helpful staff.
