Liked: We had a very nice stay at Acasa suites! The hotel is very well designed and in a convenient location close to the train station but in a very quiet area. The suite was very comfortable, especially the bed's mattress and pillows!!

  Disliked: We liked everything

Liked: The hotel itself is good, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The female receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional, and the way she treated us was completely unacceptable. The room was also very small and did not match our reservation. We specifically booked a room with two separate beds, but instead, we were given a room with one large double bed. This was frustrating and disappointing, especially since we expected to receive exactly what we had booked. Overall, the hotel is decent, but the poor customer service and incorrect room arrangement negatively affected our stay.
