  Comfortable and clean

Liked: Walking distance from the train station.

Disliked: Construction in progress right outside the hotel. Windows facing another building that I had to keep my curtains drawn for privacy.

Very nice hotel - I would stay here again if returning to Zurich

Liked: Room was small but very nice. Excellent shower and lovely bathroom. Breakfast was great - the croissants were the best ever! Staff were pleasant. Hotel felt safe and secure.

Disliked: There were some roadworks/utility works going on in the street immediately outside the hotel. There was some noise from heavy machinery in the weekday mornings in late October 2026. I appreciate that this was outside the control of the hotel. It looked like a short-term project which may not affect other travellers.

  Cozy and convenient

Liked: I like the breakfast buffet, simple and the varieties are present especially the coffee. Special mention also to the night receptionist (I forgot to asked his name) as he was very helpful when I need to search for an open pharmacy in the middle of the night

  Disliked: Nothing..

Liked: Lovely hotel with a great location. My room was compact, but cozy and very functional. Amazing service at the reception. Very good breakfast. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next stay in Zurich.

Disliked: .The street in front of the hotel was under construction with dug-up asphalt for utility work, which caused noise and restricted walking access outside. According to the signs, these works will continue until mid-2027. To be clear, the hotel is not to blame for these city roadworks, and thanks to the excellent soundproofing, I was completely comfortable inside with the windows closed. Still, future guests should be aware.

Hotel Felix was such a great place to stay during our visit to Zurich. We would definitely stay there again!

Liked: Hotel Felix was great! The staff were attentive and the room/bathroom was clean. Very accessible to Bahnhofstrasse and its located walking distance to many eateries and the main train station. They also offered breakfast which was great!

Disliked: No complaints about the hotel itself. It was just the wrong timing during our visit when they had construction in front of the hotel.
