Fabulous
Liked: On a positive note, I would like to highlight that the cleaning staff did an excellent job. Their work was of a very high standard, and we genuinely appreciated their efforts. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful, with an impressive design and atmosphere.
Disliked: Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Not Worth the Price Unfortunately, there were several disappointing aspects of our stay that could have been easily avoided with better communication and organisation. Firstly, the windows in our room could not be opened. This is important information that should be clearly stated before booking. However, we were only informed about this upon arrival at reception, and I could not find this information anywhere in the hotel’s description. Secondly, the hotel consists of two buildings located quite far apart, which is also not clearly communicated in advance. This becomes particularly inconvenient when travelling with luggage. Guests are left with two options: either wait for the butler, who appears to be the only one assisting both buildings, or carry all their suitcases and belongings between the buildings themselves. Another frustrating issue was the reception in the second building. During our stay, it was frequently completely unattended, with no information about when someone would return or how long guests were expected to wait. The service was also disappointing. We requested a kettle to be brought to our room, and it took an entire day for it to arrive. Waiting 24 hours for such a simple request is unreasonable. The spa facilities were particularly disappointing.When we visited the spa, it appeared that no one was regularly checking or cleaning the facilities. Previous guests had left their used towels behind in both the sauna and the steam room (hammam), and nobody had collected them. As a result, when we entered, there was nowhere available for us to sit comfortably. Additionally, the steam room was extremely dark, and we could not find any light switch or instructions on how to turn on the lighting. This made the experience unnecessarily uncomfortable and frustrating. For a hotel that promotes itself as a spa destination, I would expect much better maintenance, cleanliness and attention to guest

Liked: The hotel was excellent. It has a great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the entire property was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wonderful variety of options.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was wonderful.
Don’t stay in this hotel!
Liked: To be honest it was misleading. Never stated in their booking that rooms are on the other side of the main hotel, they show you online something and it’s all the way in back with a strange underground tunnel where you walk around 5/6 mins. Staff were okay but it wasn’t our pleasant visit at all.
Disliked: Very very misleading, two different entrance. Main hotel is nice but they never stated in their online booking about an other side where the rooms are, very misleading. Not happy at all, asked for a morning coffee took three hours, kept calling them and then they won’t pick up the call, then they sent it In a take away cups. Very disappointing, we came all the way from London and I thought it was five star but it’s not, Double room is way too small and it has no window! Yes no window that opens, its claustrophobic, bathroom is no way practical, when you shower the water goes everywhere. Room wasn’t anywhere five star! Very disappointing

Liked: Location is nice. Restaurant Cinque very good too. Spa is small but nice.
Disliked: In the room we found no slippers. After 3 calls to the reception and 45 minutes waiting, I had to go to the SPA on the other side of the hotel complex to pick them up myself. There was no staff at the outdoor pool, even though the pool itself was open for guests. We announced we would come with a dog, but found no dedicated item (water bowl or similar) in the room, unlike any other (even non-5 star) hotel we’ve stayed over the past years. There were long delays in replenishing the breakfast buffet and, while seated at a table for breakfast, nobody came asking if we wanted something (coffee, eggs…). Overall, for a 5 star hotel, it didn’t offer 5 star service at all.
