  Good in general

  Liked: Staff and tidyness.

Disliked: I checked out outside front-desk hours and they could not give me the invoice asked. I already noticed the staff the day before and told me that they would have it ready even if I checked out at 5am. I am still waiting:(

Liked: Excellent customer service. The breakfast was great. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and also use room service. Dinner was very delicious. Even staff were amazing, they greeted everyone who walked through the door with a smile and go far and beyond to lend a hand if we needed help with anything. The rooms are cleaned daily and restocked with fresh towels, toileteries, teas, coffee and water. The hotel is conveniently located next to a tram stop. You step out of the hotel and straight onto the tram and you are on your way out to the city centre or train station. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our four days stay at Hotel Krone. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay in Zurich. I will stay here again if I ever visit Switzerland again! Its the best place to be!!!

Great stay, convenient location on the tram station, friendly staff, and everything we needed

Liked: It was great having our own small room compared to sharing one with my father. It allowed for more privacy and personal space.

Disliked: Everything was good. I wish the room cooled down quicker but maybe i just didn't figure out the temperature control completely.
