  Cosy room. Very clean and well maintained. Lovely view. A coffee machine would have been perfect:)

  Liked: Room was very clean. The finish was of a good quality. Bathroom was very well maintained - a highlight was a shower where the water didn't cover the entire bathroom:). In general the room looked freshly painted. Would definitely stay again.

  Disliked: For the price, I would expect a coffee machine in the room and a kettle. I think these are pretty basic necessities that make a difference. As the alternative to get a hot drink was to walk to the main hotel. The main entrance door to the actual property makes a rather aggressive buzzer sound, which feels a bit prison like, and doesn't suit the overall feel of the guesthouse. Also, one single pillow is always a bit disappointing.

  Liked: Facility was a close to good restaurants, old town and just across the bridge from the railroad and cathedrals. The staff was superb. The admitting clerk, a young man was kind and caring.obtained an ice bag for an injured person in our party. Housekeeping was respectful.

  Disliked: There was street construction in front of the building though we could not hear it. The guest house is on the street behind the hotel. Rooms were small but functional.

  A no-fuss hotel in the heart of Zurich. I would not mind booking again next time I’m traveling solo in Switzerland

  Liked: The property is in a good location surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and souvenir shops. The room itself (and the shower) provided sufficient space for me and my luggage and as a solo traveler, I found it comfortable and peaceful. Check-in and check-out were fairly simple and quick. Appreciated the luggage deposit before check-in as well.

  Disliked: Just a minor thing: a water kettle, a cup, and complimentary instant coffee or tea would have been welcome, as someone who prefers to have a hot drink first thing upon waking up.
