  Liked: We had an amazing stay at Aparthotel Adagio Zurich! Everything was absolutely perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. It was a wonderful place for our family to relax and enjoy our time in Zurich. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zurich!

  Room Ok but amenities and services need improving

  Liked: location Ok,reception staff were tolerant and helpful. it had a bar, and restaurant for breakfast. room was compact and had little kitchenette and microwave. sufficient crockery and utensils. Guest laundry good.

  Disliked: no air conditioning, no phone to reception so in an emergency you would have to go down to reception or ring on your mobile (if possible). Everything went through reception, not only check ins/outs, but also luggage storage, tokens for the laundry, request for anything (eg portable room fan), items bought from the 'shop', etc. At times the reception was very busy. They had a note on the room fridge stating that if you needed anything to go the hotels 'shop' ie some shelves with goods near the reception. A basic would be milk, but there was only alcohol and snacks/confectionery, and some frozen pasta meals so you had to take the walk to the railway station for the closest grocery shop.

  Liked: Good hotel, nice apartment-type room, good breakfast, convenient location just a bit north of the train station - I only stayed for 1 night but I will consider staying here again if I´m in Zurich

  Disliked: Not much, check-in could feel a bit hectic when there´s a bunch coming in

  Good location but overpriced

  Liked: The property is in a great location and has everything you need.

  Disliked: The parking was very complicated to sort out and then when we were leaving the parking place, the front of our car/bumper got damaged because the lane leaving the car park is so steep!!! The beds were also not very comfortable for a 4 star
