  Wonderful accommodations and friendly staff in a super location!

  Liked: The hotel staff, the room, the facilities and the breakfast were all wonderful! The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The room was a great size and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of air-conditioning and hot water for showers! It was super easy to travel to and from the hotel either by walking or by tram. The proximity to the lakefront along the lively Utoquai and the center of Zurich was a plus! It's just an easy ten-minute walk to the heart of the city. Parking was also very simple for the one night we did have a car. I would definitely stay here again.

  Nice hotel for a few nights

  Liked: Very nice hotel! It takes 10 minutes to reach the Opera neighborhood, but the street itself is quiet. Great staff, easy guidance for a self-check in. Nice breakfast and 24/7 coffee/tea/water available

  Great value and location in Zurich, but a noisy street-facing room

  Liked: The staff were kind and always available. Everything was well organized, clean, and full service. Great price for Zurich and a great location.

  Disliked: The room faced the street and was very noisy, with trams passing all the time. It felt like living at a train station. Better windows would have helped.

In case our reception is not occupied at the time of arrival, we are pleased to offer you our key safe solution for self-check-in. The information with the code will be communicated a few days prior to arrival.

Check-in is possible from around around 2pm and onwards.

Please note the property is not barrier-free, there is a short seven step staircase when accessing the elevator.

Please note, pets cost an additional CHF 10 per day. Pets are not allowed in the dining areas.
