  Liked: Location is quite good, with a short ~10 minute walk down hill to a central area for trams and buses and the main train station. The apartment itself is quite large.

  Disliked: Wifi unfortunately was not working for the whole time. Messages through booking.com sometimes in English, sometimes German, and I would guess many were automated or written with LLMs. Never resolved the wifi issue.

  Quiet and spacious apartment, short walking distance from Zurich HB or a quick bus ride

  Liked: The size and location was perfect for our stay in Zurich. Everything works and of course clean. Amenities are quite convenient for travelers.

  Disliked: Nothing.

  Disliked: Towel can provide more for family stay for couple of days. No toiletries provided. Best if can provide 2 keys instead of 1.
