It was an overall good stay. I would stay there again

Liked: It was a fun hotel, not typical of where we usually stay. A nice lounge area, and food and drinks were offered. Staff was great! Always able to help when needed.

Disliked: The bed was pushed to the wall on 3 sides. One of us had to crawl over the other to get out of bed.

  A great stay overall

Liked: The hotel has a modern design, a very comfortable atmosphere, and the rooms are well-equipped and thoughtfully designed. The bed was super comfortable, everything was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful

Disliked: The only minor downside was that the Chromecast in our room wasn't working

Amazing facility, location, staff, and breakfast

Liked: Great price/quality ratio in the heart of Zurich. We enjoyed the cozy lobby and the rooms' functional design, with a keen eye for detail. The team was very kind and helpful. The hotel is very central, within walking distance of key sights and museums. The breakfast was delicious and fresh.

Disliked: There is no daily room cleaning.

  Dependable quality and good location

Liked: The limited selection breakfast was - an usually is - well made. The mobile device streaming to TV works quickly and easily.

Disliked: This was my first time staying here since the takeover. One of the towels was not fully clean and there were several long strands of hair on the desk and chair. Being charged for breakfast which has a small selection does not show value.T

Great time had by My Partner and Me. Hope to revisit

Liked: Nice person touch with MY name on the Ipad and the TV screen to welcome ME.

Disliked: the lighting outside rooms a bit dark so difficult to see room numbers.I suggest lights to be brighter or change the text from red to a bright colour,or place the room number on the wall a bit bigger above the room card pad
