  Affordable apartment near the station, but suspected bed bugs ruined our stay

  Liked: The apartment is conveniently located near the train station and is reasonably priced. It has everything needed for a short stay: a bed, TV, shower, and basic kitchenware. Overall, the facilities are simple but sufficient for one night.

  Disliked: There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up to the third floor, as other guests have already mentioned. The cleanliness is average, and there is quite a lot of noise from the street. However, the most serious issue was that we woke up with numerous insect bites, which we strongly suspect were caused by bed bugs. The bites caused significant swelling and skin reactions, and we eventually had to seek medical attention at a hospital. This was an extremely unpleasant experience that completely ruined our stay. Please be careful.

  Liked: not much to be honest, location was good.

  Disliked: facilities were very poor, two odd cups! minimum dishes, not even sure about glasses. Didnt use anything as it was very poor quality. I understand Zurich is a very expensive place to stay but come on...this was not acceptable. Just glad it was only two nights.

  Great position but just a little more care

  Liked: Close to the station and old town. Clean apartment. Clear instructions how to get in and what to do when leaving. Good if you didn't expect to have hot drinks.

  Disliked: One tea cup. In an apartment for 2, with a kettle to brew 1 drink at a time. 3 frying pans and no saucepan. There are Ikea's everywhere, so no excuse
