  Liked: Another excellent stay. Super spacious apartment very clean. Location was brilliant very close to the lake and next to a tram/bus stop. 2 supermarkets (Coop) within 5 mins.

  Disliked: Bedroom was a little too warm for our liking so we had to keep the window open all night, but still slept well.

  Very nice, marred by too uncomfortable a bed, "open" shower design and check out inflexibility

  Liked: * Location in Seefeld is excellent * The check-in process was very convenient; truly grateful for super clear instructions and process, especially as I checked in very late at night (thank you thank you thank you) * Customer service is easy to reach even though I didn't see a single human being in 5 days on the premises (neither guests, nor staff) * The premises are quite clean, though my room had some unpleasant dirt on the floor and a huge wasp type bug on the curtain * The space in the room/'kitchen' is thoughtfully organized, and provisioned * i loved the dual opening design in the windows for ventilation

  Disliked: * There is nearly zero flexibility for late check outs. Wish they could have said so straight up instead of keeping me dangling saying ask about it on your last day. On the last day, after many, many emails i just got the sense they always knew it was going to be a flat no and they didn't care for my circumstances at all. Ultimately I got an extra hour after pointing out how awful their bed situation was * The 'double bed' is 2 lightweight single beds, which keep coming apart with the slightest weight (as soon as you sit on the bed), and not only that, they also move apart from the wall/ bed head. So if you are dead exhausted and going to crash in and not move through your sleep, it's maybe okay, but if you plan to sit on the bed, read or literally do anything, it's a nightmare to have to keep getting up and move the beds back. It was the single thing that made my stay and the room genuinely uncomfortable in an otherwise nice setup * The shower does not actually have a door. with one side being uncovered, you have to stand a bit like a mouse in one corner and shower very carefully so you don't wet the bathroom. Uncomfortable, though you get used to it.

  Amazing!

  Liked: Everything, it was close to the center, on a tram line, grocery store nearby, several cafes and restaurants. Apartment feels large, good light, impeccably clean, plenty of closets, easy to check in and out, laundry room, will stay there every time

  We would come back again, thank you

  Liked: Very spacious and clean. Staff provided extra fan to help with heat and noise. Great location. Felt secure.

  Disliked: Very noisy from street. Not enough windows open to cool down. Furniture in living room has an unpleasant and odd plastic smell when the apartment gets hot. Essentials were not replenished, coffee pods, dishwasher pods, kitchen soap, etc.
