Poor Sleeping Comfort and Bedding Quality

Liked: The room is clean, has good lighting, and the air conditioning works well.

Disliked: The mattress is uncomfortable and transfers movements very easily. Every time one of us moved, it disturbed the other’s sleep. The duvet is stiff and does not drape naturally over the body. It leaves gaps everywhere, almost as if you were sleeping under a sheet of cardboard. The pillows provide virtually no head support. When you rest your head on one, the filling shifts to the sides, causing your head to sink too low. If you stack two pillows, your head ends up too high, with an excessive amount of filling surrounding it. Neither option provides proper support or comfort.
