Perfect service apartment for family with small children

Liked: Staffs were very nice and helpful; we are travel with small twins' boy which we are require early check-in after long haul flight from Bangkok. Even the room was not ready, but staffs' find space for our little for us. Location is fantastic, close to tram station and easy to walk by to oldtown, main train station. Room was very clean and comfortable had everything for family of 4, full kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. Definitely, we will come back again.

  Disliked: nothing

Very clean and comfortable serviced apartment

Liked: Very spacious serviced apartment with great amenities: large kitchen with all appliances, large bathroom with washer and dryer, very comfortable bed and immaculately clean bed linens. The views from the windows were great. The apartment is very close to Zurich Hauptbahnhof (main train station) - about 10min walk though I always took the tram. It is about 50m from the nearest tram station - Zurich Beckenhof.

Disliked: The building did not have a reception. Reception was present at the next building. For my stay of 5 nights, the property provided only one complimentary washing detergent, which was for only one wash cycle. They would charge 1 CHF for every additional washing detergent. For this price range of the property, it is very cheap to ask for detergent charges.

  I would stay here again

Liked: The room was HUGE. Had everything a person or family of 4 could want for a visit. Lots of room, patio, full kitchen, two bathroom only 1 shower, washer and dryer, etc.

Disliked: Two things had to go up/down stairs wherever you went. Which for us at 70 y.o. isn't bad without suit cases but, with suit cases its a chore. There is an elevator on stairway that crosses a main street but smells worst than a WC. The other is there is no market or food shop nearby. Believe the closes was about 10 minutes away. Obviously, neither is of our problem is caused by EMA, its just the location of EMA. If you have no problem walking, don't let it deter you. Pillows were a little for us way to soft, personal preference.
