  Liked: The location was excellent and the room was very clean. The room was well sound proofed despite the proximity to the station. Tonio was very helpful and stored our luggage for us.

  Disliked: It was very hot when we stayed. We couldn’t keep the windows open at night due to the station noise. Stairs could be a problem if you have heavy luggage.

  A great location in a great city

  Liked: The apartment was a 5 minute walk from Zurich HB. A co- op market shop was across the road, which was extremely handy for picking up milk, fruit, etc. we were aware that the apartment had no lift and we had to go up three flights of stairs so if you are unable to carry yourself or luggage up stairs this apartment is not for you. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower was brilliant! Walkable to the main shops, lake and churches, museums. Really enjoyed our stay. Tonio was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this apartment to family and friends. Thank you

  Nicely decorated room, must be aware of the 62 curved stairs to carry luggage up. Very

  Disliked: Only got the code to the key box 1/2 hour before arrival time. The key box is through a ground floor gate, and you have to be on the ground to retrieve it. We were watched by people around, so didn’t feel very safe doing this. It seems the owner lives on the premises, so surely could be arranged better
