Exceptional
Perfect in every way
Liked: Excellent hotel- very comfortable, room extremely well organised and everything worked as it should, good breakfast, lovely staff. Location is perfect for those who rely on public transport. It is an easy 10 min walk from the main train station, 5 minutes from the Central tram stop which covers many trams, and of course in walking distance of key sights in the Aldstadt. They also offer free entrance to the fabulous Kunsthaus museum. We stayed for 5 nights and were sorry to leave!
Great location in Zurich
Liked: Location is great, breakfast was more than expected and tasty. Staff was very friendly and informative (Albina was great!). A nice bonus is a card for free entrance to the Kunsthaus museum in Zurich (walking distance).
Disliked: Nothing of significance.
Liked: Excellent stay!
Liked: Friendly staff, great location Amazing Breakfast included in our rate. Like proper eggs fresh fruit, good coffee nice bread. Rooms was spacious for our family of 3.
Disliked: The windows are not child proof so that kept us awake and worried.
BEYOND EXPECTATIONS
Liked: LOCATION, STAFF, BREAKFAST, CLEANLINESS, POLITENESS, ATMOSPHERE WERE ALL EXCEPTIONAL
Liked: The room is big and clean. The reception staff were polite and helpful.
Disliked: There was a kettle in the room, but no capsule coffee machine. The breakfast is not good value compared with the price.
