  Convenient location and amazing breakfast!

  Liked: Great location in a very clean and quiet district close to luxury shops in the centre of Zurich. Walking distance to both central train station and stadelhofen station. Great renovated bathroom! The breakfast was amazing, great variety and the best Brezel so far in Switzerland!

  Disliked: The room could be a bit bigger.

  Liked: The hotel enjoys a very central location and has a distinctly old-fashioned character. The building seems to have remained largely untouched since the 1950s, when it was presumably a business hotel catering to the bankers of Paradeplatz. Staying here feels a little like stepping back in time; one could easily imagine the hotel as a setting in one of the Blake and Mortimer adventures. The comparison is particularly fitting, as the world of Blake and Mortimer is largely rooted in the 1950s, with its distinctive post-war aesthetic: functionalist architecture.

  Disliked: The reception staff were perhaps not the warmest or most welcoming, although this did little to detract from the overall experience.

  Served the purpose of an overnight stay in Zurich but very expensive for whjst we got

  Liked: Close to centre and the breakfast was very good

  Disliked: The lady on reception when we arrived was not very friendly and the service here was very strange. The staff at breakfast in the morning were lovely

  A very pleasant hotel top located in the center, with excellent breakfast

  Liked: Top location for visiting Zurich and business. Cozy hotel, spacious rooms, clean, excellent breakfast

  Disliked: The bar was always closed, though it was possible to order at restaurant and sit in.
