  Convenient Location to Central Zurich

Liked: The hotel is located near restaurants, shopping, and transportation. It's conveniently located to the train station (about an 8-minute walk). The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were comfortable and quiet. I would recommend this hotel.

Disliked: Blackout curtains would have been nice in one of the rooms we reserved. The offices behind were lit up and illuminated the curtains somewhat. Thankfully we had eye masks to help block out the light when trying to go to bed.

  Excellent location!

Liked: Location is perfect, breakfast wonderful, quite location, very clean and staff is helpful.

Disliked: They don’t have blackout in the windows, so external light gets into the room.

Comfortable Hotel at great location, would recommend and stay again

Liked: Location was perfect, not a far walk from the main train station and right around the corner from the main shopping street in Zurich and the old town. Room was serviced every day and front desk staff always on duty and very helpful. Having the Migros mall and grocery right across the road was supper convenient also.

Disliked: Asked for a room with two beds which were joined together, separated upon request yet joined each day after room cleaning. Luckily was easy to push apart so we can have our private space as the room, while functional was small. Had breakfast only one morning as found overpriced for what was provided, staff very helpful though.
