  Overall an enjoyable experience

  Liked: The staff were very nice and helpful. In the breakfast room the guy that served us was very attentive. From the 2nd day we didn't have to ask, he brought us what we liked. Location was great with Zurich's main station being a few blocks away. Frequent buses and trams are available right in front of the hotel. It's not a 5 star hotel but comfy and catered to our needs. Gave us additional blankets and pillows within minutes of asking for them. All restaurants and amenities within walking distance. The bonus was that Einstein had attended ETH University and it was a 2 minute cable car ride from the hotel. So, we even got to see his locker!

  Disliked: Would've been nicer if the rooms were a bit larger.

  Location was perfect. The room was small but clean. For us, size of the room did not metter

  Liked: The location was nice. It was walkable to all main attractions and train station. The room was small but very quiet and clean.

  Disliked: Room 45. The doors in the bathroom would not close.
