Liked: very friendly staff, easy check-in, the room exactly as described, perfectly clean. Very comfortable bed and shower! Location also very convenient and close to the city center in a calm street. Definitely recommend.

A very comfortable stay in a location perfect to explore Zürich

Liked: The location was excellent, just across the road from the Opera House and a short walk to the lake and Old Town. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Disliked: The room was quite small but this was expected for somewhere so central in the city. We were unable to park in the hotel’s car park as there was limited space but we parked in the Opera park which was a short distance away.

  Liked: Breakfast, friendly staff

Disliked: I forgot to mention that the sink in room 201 does not drain (it needs to be cleared with a plunger), not sure how to say in German

Nice hotel, nice location, but online check in is a concern

Liked: The location is perfect. Also there was a tea kettle in the room and in general the room was well equipped, clean and quiet.

Disliked: Online check-in required way too much information, in my opinion, especially given how often various databases get hacked. If you travel say 15 times per year, the probability of getting your sensitive information stolen gets pretty high. I much prefer the traditional check in where you show the document at the counter and don't write everything about yourself in websites.
