  Ok stay in Zurich, but with some problems

  Liked: The room was okay and looked like the pictures. I liked the fact that there were outlets near the bed.

  Disliked: I had no AC in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. There was also no mini fridge. The room I stayed in had a suspicious door, which connected it to the room next door. That meant I could very clearly hear the neighbours and it got noisy sometimes. After a certain hour, there’s no one at the reception, which meant I had to do a self check in (outside, in the middle of the night, where anyone could see my credit card information and with dubious people lurking around). I spent a lot of time trying to figure out where the rooms were (ended up in a part of the hotel I wasn’t supposed to be). A bit more attention to detail when it comes to offering clearer instructions would be amazing.

  Recommend for a easy short stay

  Liked: Perfect location in the heart of Zurich Altstetten. Easy Check-in at their check-in terminal after 7pm and room was small but clean. The restaurant next door is also delicious and very kind attentive service staff.

  Disliked: Unfortunately the check-in terminal selected a room were the window was broken and couldn’t tilt the window which was a shame during this hot weather without AC.

  Liked: The hotel was comfortable and adequately well maintained. The room was already equipped with a fan and it was a relief because we checked in after-hours when there were no staff available and were worried that we won't be able to request anyone for it if needed. Thank you to the staff!

  Disliked: For the summer months, it would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room to be able keep water and drinks cool.
