  Nice stay

  Liked: Room comfortable but small. Clean. Breakfast good at Restaurant Stoller.

  Disliked: Restaurant closed for L and D. Hard to find other restaurants close-by for variety except the place next door.

  Food was over the top outrageously expensive. Prohibitive really. I don’t care how good it was. Doesn’t matter

  Liked: Food and water in the restaurant was outrageous!!! A property filled small bottle of still water was $10. Robert. A huge turn off.

  Great location but it’s more of a 3 star than 4 star hotel

  Liked: The location was perfect for exploring Zurich and neighbouring towns

  Disliked: It felt like a 3 star and not 4 star hotel. They forgot to clean our room and reception staff weren’t particularly helpful. The ceiling panel outside our room almost fell on my husband head but they seemed less than bothered

  Disliked: hard bed, blocked 50 euro as deposite- what for? There is nothing much in the room.

  Liked: Good location

  Disliked: We were a family of 4, we got 4 towels on the first day. It went down to 2 on day 2. We had to request for 2 additional towels. On day 3 it went to 2 AGAIN. We requested again, reception was good, but room service should have noted this. Also, the coffee pods were not refilled on day 3...saved by the reception again.

From October to April, the restaurant is open from 06:00 to 22:00. On weekends and public holidays, it opens at 07:00.
