Good
Liked: It was convenient to the train station, some restaurants nearby and the hotel itself was smart, comfortable and clean.
Disliked: We didn’t get the double room we had reserved months ago and were told by staff that booking.com had over sold rooms but we were lucky enough to get a twin. We would have been very unhappy if there had been no rooms available which they said has happened
Liked: Less than ten minute walk to Zurich HB, convenient as we caught multiple trains. Rooms were modern and clean. Appreciated the water fountain and tea/coffee down in reception. No street noise heard. Had a restaurant/bar downstairs but unfortunately didn’t have the chance to try only staying one night.
Liked: Was lucky to receive an upgrade, everything was fine
Liked: Location was nice, close to main station with being really busy.
Disliked: Room was very warm.
Disliked: The customer service is appalling and they do not help and ignore when you try and contact them. The staff are not helpful at all
