Thank you
Liked: I had a medical emergency and had to be away from the hotel for a day and a half. During that time, my booking expired. The reception staff were very helpful—they extended my stay and made sure I could keep my room, so I didn’t have to move my things while I was getting medical treatment. I really appreciated their respect for my privacy and their support.
Liked: It was a quick stay since we had a long layover between flights. Fantastic hotel, very friendly and helpful staff.
