Exceptional
Liked: The location was very central, within easy walking distance of the most interesting bits of Zurich.
Disliked: The kitchen area was confined by a sloping ceiling, and the bathroom was a little awkward with the shower over a slippery bath. The bed was comfortable (but the pillows were most uncomfortable). We had to pick up the keys from a location over the river, ten minutes walk away.
Liked: Fantastic location to base from seeing central Zurich.
Disliked: Pillows were a little soft for our preference
We loved Zurich & were able to easily explore further afield by train from the accommodation
Liked: The property was in a great location - ideal for the historic centre, the lake & for rail access. The interior, decor, & fixtures & fittings were all to our liking

Perfectly located base for spending time out and about
Liked: Fantastic location, very clean and with everything you need for a base while you're out sightseeing. Despite being right next to the Grossmünster, the church bells were not at all intrusive. Would absolutely stay again!
Disliked: No significant downsides. As per the description, you're on the third floor up some mildly steep stairs, but they won't be an issue for anyone who's exploring such a walking-based country as Switzerland. Also as per the description, it's a loft, so there are some low ceilings around, but none which interfered with me accessing furniture etc.
