  Great locale & a Great hotel to stay at in Zurich!

  Liked: Love the old town city center location as it was great for just walking to meals and historic places.

  Disliked: Coffee in the room would have been nicer but not a big inconvenience.

  The hotel is perfectly situated in the Old Town of Zurich with great staff

  Liked: The hotel is perfectly situated in the old city of Zurich, close to everything. While our room was on the 1st floor, it faced inward, so we didn't hear any noise from the street or traffic. The staff was welcoming and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was great, with plenty of variety, including vegetables, fruits, and cereals. The Lobby is staffed 24/7, with a complimentary Nespresso machine and tea. The Salon is a cool space located on the 1st floor, with large windows overlooking the street, and could be great for working indoors on rainy/cold days (if it wasn't for the WiFi...).

  Disliked: The WiFi. First of all, the connection options (code via SMS or a random user/pass combo) aren't convenient. The SMS method didn't work with our carrier, and the user/pass combo resets every 24h and won't remember the device/session. Hotel staff was kind enough and connected my iPhone with an SMS code to their mobile, so at least the connection was persistent during our stay. Second, the "speed". Checking with fast.com, I got <5mb download (upload was even worse). We had a few Zoom calls scheduled, but the connection was awful, so we used our phone's Personal Hotspot instead (>20mb download speed). For a 4-star, business-focused hotel, I expected more.

  Great stay - I recommend!

  Liked: The staff was very nice, the room was clean, I got an upgrade, and a nice welcome drink at the bar. The room was super quiet despite being in the middle of the city.

  Disliked: I liked everything and would go back.

  Excellent hotel in the centre of town. Great staff, large rooms and comfy beds

  Liked: Right in the old town. Quaint but very nice.

  Disliked: Was not great that the reception wasn’t on ground floor but it wasn’t an issue to get in and made it sort of fun.

  Recommend if you want something reasonable, comfortable and clean

  Liked: Pretty central location in Zurich. Everything was easy to find and get to. Not too far from train station and beautiful historical area to wander around.
