  Disappointing

  Liked: Nice design, comfortable mattresses, good breakfast. Complimentary cucumber water in the lobby.

  Disliked: The self-checkin wasn't working with our reservation so we just went to the front desk to checkin in person. The man there acted annoyed and asked "Can't you use the self checkin?" We told him it didn't seem to take our reservation, so he went to show us and also wasn't able, so he ended up needing to check us in manually on his computer after all;) Although a fairly new hotel, lots of things were broken. The toilet door didn't close properly, the desk lamp flickered constantly, the jacuzzi was empty (one of the main reasons we chose this hotel), the rooms were much too warm to sleep in (in Autumn, it wasn't even hot outside), the thermostat made no difference and the windows don't open. Stains on carpet dirty bathroom floor and someone else's dirty socks were in the closet. We don't like to complain and normally I would not leave a bad review, but the worst part of all was how uncaring and unhelpful the reception staff was. We politely informed them that both rooms were very hot for sleeping and asked if the heat could be turned down for our 2 rooms “No.“ Then we asked if they might have a fan that we could use in the room. "No". Minimal, unfriendly information given when all the outdoor parking was full so we needed to use the underground parking which is actually quite complicated because you can't just park anywhere and a room key is needed to get through some of the doors. Just disappointing. It's not cheap to stay in a hotel as a family of 4 but we thought it would be a special treat. Sadly it wasn't a great experience and didn't feel worth the money spent.

  Spacious, modern well designed rooms, close to the city centre, great breakfast
