  Very poor

  Liked: N/A

Disliked: I had a horrible experience on day one as the room was not ready for guest, cleanliness was not carried out, room toilet seat flush was coming out of the comorde, face wash sink was too small to wash face, spider webs were in the room, sockets didn't work to charge my mobile, electric kettle was broken, door lock was broken and so on and on. Initially when I complaint their team refused to change the room but once I insisted firmly then they changed it at midnight which wasted my first evening in the hotel and made me been through a horrible experience. I have put a refund request for day one of my room as it was such a bad room but so far their team management didn't respond at all by an email.
