  Handy for what we had to do in Zurich

  Liked: Not a lot actually, ….diner chef, Italian, was skilful.

  Disliked: Parking system. Very unsatisfactory!!

  Liked: Location and size if room with beautiful balcony with a view.

  Disliked: My issue was with the city tax which im sure was included in.the price i paid but was charged at the hotel adain. Others had similar complaint. Minor issue with very small elevators and minor electric disruption which was not there fault.

  Had a great stay, happy to come back in the future

  Liked: Clean and staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is amazing and only a couple of minutes from Zurich HB by tram. Breakfast was also great.

  Disliked: Check out time was abit early. Would’ve loved a couple more facilities in the toilet such as tooth brush. The room was slightly too warm at times especially at night so an option of air conditioning would have been helpful, though opening windows also worked.

  Liked: The Manager of the Receptionist was very nice lady and willing to hel the clients.

  Disliked: Any question you asked the reply is "I cannot guarantee anything". The young lady receptionist keep repeating these words for many times. The Receptionist should be trained with positive attitude especially clients traveling from far Countries like USA and Canada etc
