Liked: - the staff is so nice and helpful - the location of the hotel is perfect, e.g. there supermarkets nearby and cafés and a kebab abd BurgerKing - the hotel a perfectly connected to the main train station > you only need to take the tram (metro) number 3 - it was already my second stay at the hotel due to work and I would book it again; in my first stay I even got an upgrad- lucky me!

Disliked: - there is nothing to complain about

  Great stay and helpful staff

Liked: Very close to a tram station, supermarket and coffee shops. Apartment was spacious.

Disliked: It was strange to have an apartment with a kitchenette but no plates, cups, glasses, cutlery etc. We requested these and they were provided but we were advised we could not cook. That wasn’t a problem for us but could be for other people. Odd to have a cooker but not be allowed to cook. Nothing to wash or dry pots with either.
