  Comfortable stay in a central location

  Liked: Central location with lots of shops and eateries nearby, and within easy walking distance of many attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and comfortable room. The complimentary soft drinks are a nice touch (adding a sugar-free option would be nice).

  Disliked: Outside noise from the busy shops and restaurants does carry indoors. For light sleepers, that might be a challenge.

  A charming small boutique hotel in an excellent part of Old Town Zurich

  Liked: We enjoyed the location, which was in the Old Town section of Zurich. Easy to walk around and see many beautiful older buildings. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Although we walked to the hotel from the Zurich train station, it was a bit far and decided to take a cab when we departed for the Zurich Airport.

  Disliked: Was a bit disappointed that the room had no AC however we opened the window to cool down easily. Kinda disappointed that the bar and restaurant were not available during our one-evening stay, however many others easy to access.

  Exceptional staff! Clean rooms and comfortable!

  Liked: Well located near to the main train station (and airport) - near to many places to eat. But mostly the staff there were so friendly, welcoming and helpful - they were absolutely brilliant all of them! Top hotel, very clean, comfortable!!

  Liked: Brilliant location, comfortable room, very friendly & relaxed. Breakfast is not huge, but fresh & lovely. All is very charming. Oh and my room very quiet.. loved it.

  Lovely quirky hotel with excellent service. Something a little different which is nice

  Liked: This is a very cute boutique hotel which is brilliantly located and the staff were wonderful. A little tricky to find but once you have worked that out it is literally a 7 minute walk to the main station. Heaps of restaurants close by.

  Disliked: Nothing, perfect.
