  Liked: Room and bed were cosy, and clean.

  Disliked: It is a residence apartment but it doesn't provide kitchen tools like kettle and basic tee or coffee bags.

  Liked: The hotel is in a good location, and the check-in process was easy and convenient.

  Disliked: The cleanliness could have been much better, as the room was not properly cleaned.

  Liked: The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and stunning natural scenery. The area is very peaceful and quiet, making it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Lauterbrunnen.

  Disliked: The check-in time was quite late, at 4:00 PM, and we were not allowed to leave our luggage at the property before check-in. Another issue was access to the property. We walked from Staubbach Falls and approached the apartment from the opposite side, only to discover that there was no road accessible by car from that direction, just a narrow walking path. We had to continue on foot with our luggage until we reached the apartment. We later discovered that there was a proper road for cars from the other side. Clearer directions and information about the correct access road would have been very helpful.

  No staff were available to assist guests—not even to open the door. Everything came with an extra ch

  Liked: The room was clean and spacious. The location was also nice and easy to reach.

  Disliked: At check-in, no one was there to open the door, and the bell wasn’t working. We waited outside in the freezing cold for half an hour with our small baby, but no one came to let us in. They also charged extra for everything. We had to pay additional fees for parking, using the kitchen appliances, and even using the wardrobe—in short, for almost everything. It was awful.

  Liked: The apartment was nice and clean.

  Disliked: When you book an apartment, you expect all standard facilities to be included. However, this place did not provide shampoo, disposable slippers, glasses, or an electric kettle. Additionally, they asked for an extra 20 CHF just to use the kitchen accessories (plates, spoons, etc.). Charging extra for basic necessities in an expensive country with high room rates is very disappointing.

  Disliked: Looks MUCH bigger on the photos, you have a fully equipped kitchen in terms of built in hob etc but nothing you can actually use. Not even a kettle to make tea. No tea bags or anything... One spoon and fork and knife at least. For the price it's quite a disappointment. Had issues with the internet and communication was really bad, they didn't seem to care the slightest und just answered "don't know..." when i asked why their connection is deemed unsafe and prone to my data being compromised.... Had messaged them a week before with questions as well and never got a reply On booking.com it states they have showers or baths but when i asked for a room with a bath they told me they only have showers Wouldn't stay again
