  Wonderful stay and worth the money

  Liked: The apartment in which I stayed was on the rooftop with a beautiful view from the terrace. The natural sunlight was entering the room through the windows on the roof. it was a great ambience and warm.

  Disliked: The headroom from the bed is very minimal. You have to mind your head while waking up from the bed after sleep.

  Excellent location next to tram stop Höschgasse, Coop and Migros

  Liked: perfect location to visit Zurich. Clean and well equipped room and kitchenette. Room and bathroom have very useful insect window screens (very rare in Europe) so you can leave windows open at night (no AC!) Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. I look forward to return here!

  Disliked: There is a small elevator in the building but first to get from the street to the lobby, you have to go up a flight of stairs. I was not able to carry my suitcases upstairs myself. No problem if one arrives at a time when a staff member, ready to assist you, is present, but outside of office hours this is an important challenge to mention. There is free coffee at the reception but a single serve coffee machine (Nespresso) in the room would be much more convenient.

  Very good location in ZH, practical, near trams, easy access to center, clean and easy

  Liked: Very neat, well organized. Very good value for the location.

  Disliked: No staff on hand. Feels a bit strange with no people.

  Great location, comfortable apartments

  Liked: Staff were very friendly. Location is fantastic,very close to tram, supermarket, botanic garden and the lake.

  Disliked: I felt my room smelt of cigarette smoke, although smoking is not allowed in the room. I aired the room constantly with open door/windows, but this didn't help. I asked if I could get a different room, but unfortunately there was none available.

  Great location with easy links to the lake & the main city centre

  Liked: The location was great. A 10 min stroll to the lake for a swim with a pleasant 30 min stroll along the prom to the city centre The room met the description given. The room/shower and toilet was clean and tidy and towels were changed on the 3rd day. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is a 2 min stroll if that to the Co-Op (superior to the UK's offering) and bus and tram links. There are plenty of good cafes,bars and resturants. Free coffee is provided adjacent reception. Both the outside appearance and common staircase were clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay here.

  Disliked: I would have like to have had a safe for passports etc. Cooling is provided by a large fan -there is no a/c but we were aware of that when booking.

  Clenliness is a must!

  Liked: The property is close to everything,from the airport the bus is just infront! Quiet neighborhood at night. The guy who attended us is so kind and helpful!
